This washed coffee from Kenyan producer Elizabeth Waithera is a special new addition to Woodcat's roast lineup. The child of coffee producers, Elizabeth grew up to sustain her own family through this multi-generational calling. She takes pride in the ecological management of her land and employment of local women and their families during harvest seasons. 

A crisp, tea-like texture with lively lemon acidity makes this coffee perfect for a hot summer day. Brew it as a pour-over directly over ice for an extra refreshing treat!
