What do you get when you mix a woodcat and a dinosaur? A DINOCAT! But also our flagship espresso blend, a portmanteau of our two cafes. This is on-bar blend and its become a meteoric hit with regulars and baristas alike. It's also a favorite of parents far and wide, particular mine!

This espresso is easy to work with and pairs wonderfully with both milk or mykl and retains the characteristics of all that we love about the Brazilian and Columbian coffees. You'll notice a nutty, chocolatey body balanced with bright cherry notes, an easy slippability and a playful zing just like the design of its label.
