Don Raul Cafe Horchata

Horchata, Pronuced [or-CHAH-tah] is a traditional Mexican beverage with the flavor of sweet rice and hints of almonds and cinnamon. The origins of this drink come from Eqypt where they originally used the chufu nut to make Horchata. During ancient times, the drink made its way to Spain. When the Spaniards brought the drink to Mexico during the New Spain era, the natives used rice to make this drink.
